International Procurement Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an International Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and coordination of products and components from international suppliers. The candidate will handle vendor communication, shipment coordination, documentation, and procurement operations to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

Knowledge of International Procurement and Supply Chain processes,Good communication and negotiation skills,Basic understanding of import/export documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international sourcing and procurement activities
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documents
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate import logistics
• Handle vendor communication for pricing, quotations, and delivery schedules
• Maintain procurement records, invoices, and shipment documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for material planning
• Track inventory requirements and procurement timelines
• Ensure compliance with import and procurement procedures
• Support supplier evaluation and cost analysis activities
• Resolve procurement, shipment, and vendor-related issues
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory reports
